Lead Generation Disclosure
This page is included as a preview-ready operating template. Final company contact details and legal wording should be confirmed before full public commercial launch.
How lead-generation arrangements should be disclosed
D’Key Digital may later operate independent local enquiry pages, landing pages, call tracking or referral routes that connect customers with selected local providers.
Independent enquiry service
Where a page is operated by D’Key Digital rather than by the provider directly, the page should make that clear. It should not falsely present itself as an official branch, agent or owned property of another business.
Referral or marketing fees
D’Key Digital may receive a referral, marketing, listing or lead-generation fee from a business where a customer enquiry is passed on. Any such arrangement should be transparent and governed by a written partner agreement.
Call tracking and forwarding
If tracked numbers or call forwarding are used, customers and partners should be given clear information about how calls are routed and whether call data is recorded or reported.
Data sharing
Customer details should only be shared with relevant providers where there is a lawful, fair and transparent basis to do so. Sensitive categories should be avoided unless properly assessed.
Finalisation note: confirm the registered company details, contact email, data controller details, retention periods and service-specific terms before full public commercial launch.
