The standard pack is a professional website foundation. Complex systems require a separate discovery, risk review and quote.
Where practical, client-owned domains, hosting accounts, analytics properties and third-party services remain in the client’s name or under client-authorised control.

No. The pack includes search-ready technical and content foundations, but rankings, traffic, enquiries and sales depend on competition, demand, reputation, content, marketing and other factors outside a website build.
The production clock starts after complete intake. Missing or changing material can delay delivery. Copy refinement, photography or extensive content production can be separately scoped where required.
Yes, where appropriate. The standard pack covers up to five core pages; additional pages or more complex functionality are quoted separately before being added.
The preferred position is client ownership or client-authorised control of core accounts. Third-party subscriptions, renewals and access responsibilities are confirmed before launch.
The client provides one consolidated list of in-scope corrections after review. New features, changed strategy, substantial new copy or work outside the agreed scope are treated separately.
Launch and handover support are included within the agreed pack. Ongoing updates, maintenance, reporting or improvement work require a separate agreement.
