Day 0 baseline

Visibility Audit

A structured, evidence-weighted baseline of how the business currently presents, gets found, earns trust and turns attention into an enquiry.

Six-part baseline

Score the parts of the digital front door that customers actually experience.

Each category is reviewed against visible evidence. A score is a diagnostic snapshot, not a promise of rankings, sales or future performance.

01

Website presence

Clarity, structure, service information, credibility and basic technical condition.

02

Mobile usability

Readability, navigation, touch targets, speed signals and key customer actions.

03

Local visibility

Search readiness, location signals, Google presence and discoverability foundations.

04

Trust signals

Reviews, proof, photography, ownership clarity, policies and confidence-building detail.

05

Enquiry journey

Calls to action, contact routes, form friction and whether the next step is obvious.

06

Measurement readiness

Whether useful actions can be recorded so future decisions are based on evidence.

Scoring discipline

The score is evidence-weighted, and it can be withheld.

The audit uses a five-point condition scale across weighted criteria. A domain is not scored until enough of its checks have usable evidence, and the overall result is withheld if the audit is too incomplete to support it.

0Absent / failed
25Weak
50Partial
75Good
100Strong
Minimum evidence thresholdAt least 60% of a domain's checks need usable evidence before that domain receives a score.
Overall result can remain unscoredAt least four domains and 60% overall evidence coverage are required before an overall score is shown.
Missing evidence is not failure“Not available” stays separate from a low score. D’Key Digital does not turn unknowns into zeros simply to complete a dashboard.
Priorities follow the evidenceLow-scoring supported checks feed the action register, so recommendations are traceable to what was actually found.

What the baseline produces

  • Six-domain visibility snapshot
  • Evidence notes and captured observations
  • Priority fix register
  • Recommended first action
  • Risks, dependencies and missing information
  • Starting record for later comparison

How the record is used

The baseline is dated and kept separate from later work. If D’Key Digital is then engaged, the launch record can show what was delivered and what changed. Ongoing measurement is only reported where tracking and access have been properly scoped.

This keeps the difference clear between work completed, signals observed and business outcomes actually measured.

Evidence standard

A score without evidence is just decoration.

The audit record separates what is observed from what is assumed. Missing data stays marked as unavailable rather than being filled with invented certainty.

ObservedVisible directly on the site, search result, listing or supplied asset.
MeasuredSupported by an analytics, search, performance or enquiry record.
Client-reportedSupplied by the business and labelled as such.
Not availableNo reliable evidence yet; no substitute number is invented.
Next practical move

Start with the audit, then build only what the business actually needs.

D’Key Digital keeps the route clear: review the current position, identify the priority gaps, and recommend the most useful next step.
